The Mental Fitness Challenge Movement – Become A Part of History!

Mental Fitness Challenge Going Viral!

Americans are obsessed with bingeing weight loss programs.  An article in 2009 from CBS News Health Watch states, “About 45 million Americans diet each year. People in this country spend $1 billion to 2 billion per year on weight-loss programs….except for Weight Watchers, none of them offer proof that they actually work at helping people shed pounds and keep them off.”

I believe we are all aware of the health and fitness epidemic going on in our country, but how many North Americans have ever thought about their Mental Fitness?  If they have, have they ever had a way to measure their progress?  What if 45 million Americans spent as much time and money on their people and leadership skills as they do on their dieting?  Imagine a country where the family unit becomes the focal point again and not the individual.  Public virtue becomes a cornerstone of our communities and a whole new generation of men and women, with a foundation of morales, integrity and character, enter into public service. Look no further!

  1. Matt, I believe, and agree wholeheartedly with you, that the MFC is going to go viral and change millions of people’s lives!

    • I so agree with you too Matt! This has been nothing but wonderful and almost seemingly miraculous to see how it has changed my family’s life and overall direction. We are now running together! Nothing but positive, life-affirming truth here! I’m imagining one million people taking this Mental Fitness Challenge and improving the lives of their communities for years to come. What will America be like 100 years from now because of this? This gives a whole new meaning and definition to the term ‘public service’ as a career. To see how positive everyone’s attitude’s already are in the challenge groups tells me that this is just the beginning phase. We are at the beginning of the “bell curve” and headed to a million souls impacted!

Great article Matt ! I can’t wait to do the mfc and spread the word to my family, friends, and fans! When I see the results working in my life , why would I keep it to myself? Everyone knows that eating right and exercising daily will prevent obesity and weight related illnesses. Why then is there so many fat people? The answer lies not in a physical illnesses, but a problem with their thinking! Fix the root cause to lifes troubles with the mfc!

I have to admit I was a little intimidated when I first started out–I thought it was going to take a lot more discipline to do the Challenge. Then I realized that a program like this can’t require tons of discipline at the start; it’s designed to DEVELOP the discipline! I love that the steps are the same each day, and that each step is easy to do. Baby steps–that’s all I have to do! If anyone is willing to take little teeny tiny steps at a time to make themselves better (instead of overwhelming themselves by taking on too much too fast, and subsequently burning out), then this is the program for them! I can’t wait to see the progress in another 86 days!

I started crying when I read about my friends and family on this blog. I love you all and I’m sending links to everyone!
